About Us
Our Story
Viaduct Panorama Winery and Estate Vineyard is located on the foothills of Kőröshegy, a charming village dated back as early as 1082 as one of the winery estates of the Saint Benedicten Order and the Tihany Abbey. Once covered by the Pannonian Sea some millions of years ago in the Pliocene Era the Kőröshegy Valley has always been know to pocess the best quality soil. Combined with its south-west location and the reflectance of the Lake Balaton's surface, its micro- and mesoclimate is most ideal for wine-making.
Our Land
Viaduct Panorama Winery is a small estate vinery on 10 acers of land of rolling grounds and slops ranging approx. 100 feet of elevation from its lowest to the highest point.
Our Wines
The region is best known for its Kékfrankos red wine, also known as Bluafrenkisch wine originated somewhere in a swath of land stretching from the Croatian Sea of Dalmatia through Austira and Hungary.
